Synopsis
Practicing during the COVID-19 pandemic has presented us with new communication challenges that we have been called upon to address very quicly in order to serve the needs of our clients. This presentation will focus on practicing law and engaging ADR processes while social distancing. Our presenters will discuss the logistics of the creation of alternative ways of holding meetings and safe communications, will share lessons learned and provide us with useful tips and strategies.
