Synopsis
With the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, numerous family law issues have arisen in the Courts and before arbitrators throughout Canada. This presentation will look at the various options available to assist clients through these issues. It will also include a look at how the judiciary and arbitrators are dealing with these issues within B.C. and across Canada, as well as tips from our panelists on practicing family law in these interesting times.
