ONLINE MEETING: Reconciliation in Regulatory Decision-Making 
This meeting is being hosted by the Natural Resources Law Section.

Synopsis

Please join us in a discussion about reconciliation and the honour of the Crown in regulatory decision-making in light of the recent cases of Redmond v British Columbia (Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development), 2020 BCSC 561 and Fort McKay First Nation v Prosper Petroleum Ltd, 2020 ABCA 163.

Territorial Acknowledgement
This event will be broadcast from the traditional and unceded territory of the Coast Salish peoples, including Tsleil-Waututh, Squamish and Musqueam First Nations. We encourage members to explore the rich history and knowledge of Indigenous people, and to continue learning about their experience in Canada past and present.
