About Andrew Morrison
Andrew has a varied commercial litigation practice.  He often represents lawyers to collect fees they are owed and clients to contest fees charged by their lawyer.  He has conducted numerous fee reviews for both lawyers and clients.

About Greg T. Palm
Greg is a partner at Hamilton Duncan and the leader of that firm’s civil and commercial litigation practice group.  While he maintains a diverse practice, a significant portion of his work is dedicated to disputes between lawyers and their clients over the value of legal work and related matters. Greg is also a well-recognized author in the area, having written the “Lawyers’ Remuneration” chapter in CLEBC’s Annual Review of Law and Practice since 2007, having been the contributing author to the “Remuneration” chapter in LexisNexis’s Canadian Legal Practice and continuing to serve as an author and editorial board member for CLEBC’s Practice Before the Registrar.  He has also chaired and presented on matters relating to lawyers’ fees at CLEBC’s course on costs in 2012, 20015 and 2020 and has presented on similar topics at various other seminars.
