ONLINE MEETING: Employment Issues for Public Sector Lawyers
This meeting is being hosted by the Public Sector Lawyers Section.

Synopsis

We invite you to attend the Public Sector Lawyers Section's annual discussion of employment issues for public sector lawyers. Karen A. Truscott, Governing Council Representative (British Columbia Region), Association of Justice Counsel; Kevin J. Marks, President, BC Crown Counsel Association; and, Gareth Morley, President, BC Government Lawyers' Association, will discuss workplace issues facing their respective organizations, describe labour developments over the past year, and forecast upcoming labour issues, including those with respect to COVID-19. 

Territorial Acknowledgement
This event will be broadcast from the traditional and unceded territory of the Coast Salish peoples, including Tsleil-Waututh, Squamish and Musqueam First Nations. We encourage members to explore the rich history and knowledge of Indigenous people, and to continue learning about their experience in Canada past and present.
