Synopsis
Are you a lawyer who advises on or is interested in securities law issues? If so, join the BC Securities Commission's Michael Moretto, Noreen Bent, Gordon Smith and Eric Pau as they provide an update on some of the BCSC's recent initiatives including:

- Recent BC Securities Act amendments
- Offering Memorandum exemption – proposed amendments
- Burden reduction projects – an update
- An update of what is on the horizon
