Please join us for an informal talk about philanthropy and the lawyer’s role in assisting clients with charitable giving in their estate planning.  Sara Neely of the Victoria Foundation will facilitate a roundtable discussion on charitable giving. Topics to be covered in this lunchtime session will be a discussion of resources for clients to assist in decision making, flagging potential options for clients to consider to achieve their charitable giving goals and tips for drafting appropriate clauses in the Will.

We hope you will bring questions for discussion by the group or be ready to share your experiences with clients and drafting for charitable giving.  This talk is aimed at junior to mid-level lawyers.
