Synopsis
Please join the Victoria Wills & Trust section for a lunchtime talk about lawyers being executors. Pinder Cheema, QC will tackle ethical issues and Mark Horne, QC will give some practical tips and traps advice. This is a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about acting as executor for your clients.
Meeting fee is to cover room cost and the speakers' lunch. Participants may order their own meal from the menu upon arrival. Seating is limited to 20.
