(UPDATED) Synopsis

Mr. Michael Feder, of McCarthy Tetrault, will speak about his role as counsel in S.A. v. Metro Vancouver Housing Corporation, 2019 SCC 4 and the impact of this decision on the use of Henson Trusts.

Please note that the doors will open at 5:30pm and dinner will be served at 6:00pm.
