Synopsis
Michelle Isaak, DLA Piper LLP, will discuss tricky issues arising in the administration of estates, including issues related to COVID-19.
Zachary Rogers, Clark WIlson LLP, will also present a case comment on the Ontario Superior Court decision, Calmusky v Calmusky, 2020 ONSC 1506.
A Zoom invite will be delivered to participants by the morning of the meeting date. If possible, please consider displaying your video so that the speakers can see the audience that they are presenting to.
