Synopsis
Join Pinder Cheema, QC and Dean Lawton, QC, the elected Benchers in Victoria, for the latest tips and guidance on practicing law during the Covid-19 pandemic. We will cover practical topics such as the client identification verification rules, use of electronic documents, remote witnessing of documents and taking affidavits by videoconferencing, among other topics.
