ONLINE MEETING: Navigating Legal Practice during Covid-19: Tips from the Benchers

Synopsis

Join Pinder Cheema, QC and Dean Lawton, QC, the elected Benchers in Victoria, for the latest tips and guidance on practicing law during the Covid-19 pandemic. We will cover practical topics such as the client identification verification rules, use of electronic documents, remote witnessing of documents and taking affidavits by videoconferencing, among other topics.

Participants are encouraged to email the meeting organizer at jennifer@pacificcoastlaw.ca with any questions they would like the Benchers to answer.
