Synopsis
At the next Real Property - Vancouver Section meeting, Michael Drouillard from Harper Grey LLP will provide an overview of how manufactured home ownership and tenancies are governed in British Columbia, including information for solicitors acting for clients purchasing manufactured home parks. There are over 1,000 manufactured home parks in British Columbia, and they remain an important form of affordable housing across Canada.
