Synopsis
Sally Dennis will be presenting on the role of protectors in estate planning. Sally is an experienced adviser on all aspects related to the transfer and protection of wealth, including estate planning, planning for mental incapacity and business succession planning. Her practice includes trusts, wills, corporate reorganisations, powers of attorney, marriage contracts, shareholders’ agreements and structured charitable donations. Sally is the Chair of the Vancouver Branch of STEP.
Elise Kohno will present a case comment on Pavlovich v. Danilovic, 2020 BCCA 239. Elise is an Associate in the Specialty Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group specializing in trusts, wills, estates and charities litigation at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP.
