Cybersecurity Law for In-House Lawyers

Synopsis
How do in-house teams prepare for data breaches and ransomware attacks? Learn about the important role of in-house lawyers in preparing for, and responding to, cybersecurity incidents, including how to protect legal privilege, reduce risk with an incident response plan and manage risk through cyber insurance. The presenters are experienced breach counsel from McCarthy Tétrault’s Cyber/Data Group: Katherine Booth, Jade Buchanan and Emmanuelle Poupart.
