IN-PERSON MEETING: Arbitration Nuts and Bolts: Tips for Navigating Domestic and International Commercial Arbitrations
This meeting is being hosted by the Civil Litigation - Vancouver Section, in partnership with Vancouver International Arbitration Centre (VanIAC).

Synopsis

Join experienced arbitrators and arbitration practitioners for an engaging afternoon panel discussion and cocktail reception. This session will feature Ludmila B. Herbst, Q.C., William E. Knutson, Q.C., and Craig R. Chiasson as they share tips on how to navigate and effectively advocate in domestic and international arbitrations. The panel discussion will run from 4:30 – 5:30 pm, followed by a half-hour networking reception for in-person attendees.
