Synopsis

What is an Office Manager and why do smaller law firms eschew them? This webinar will dive into what office management is and how an office manager can assist lawyers and law firms with common challenges, problems, and issues that smaller firms face today including but not limited to, growth, management, recruitment, retention, and use of lawyer time.

Lisa Buckley, Operations Manager at Ascendion Law, a boutique litigation firm in Vancouver, will provide us with insights into the common misconceptions of office management and the role of an office manager. Lisa will also discuss how having a robust office manager can help springboard a firm's growth and efficiency exponentially, and best practices and tips on how to form a solid operations team and implement sound office management into your practice.
