Synopsis
Jennifer Nyland of Lawson Lundell LLP will discuss the fundamentals of undersurface rights in BC. Jennifer will provide an overview on what undersurface rights are and where they come up. Additional topics covered will include what risk is associated for surface owners and what happens when surface owners' rights and undersurface rights conflict.
