In this interactive sequel to our November workshop, kinesiologist Sylvia Domingo shares evidence-based strategies to support women’s physical health from the perinatal stages through midlife. Participants will learn practical strategies to maintain core and pelvic health, reduce injury risk, and adapt to changing physical demands across the different life and career stages.
Drawing on her experience assessing and supporting executives and high-performing professionals in a private health facility, and her work in a women-only personal training studio, Sylvia provides guidance to help women lawyers remain strong, capable, and physically resilient throughout their careers.
