Course Details:

For the first time in history, in July 2018, the Canadian government intends to legalize cannabis. It is expected Canada will put into force The Cannabis Act (Bill C-45) and An Act to amend the Criminal Code regarding impaired-driving measures (Bill C-46).

This webinar will provide a review of the landscape of the proposed cannabis laws, their regulation and control. The proposed cannabis law in BC and other jurisdictions will be examined. Ethics will be considered. Industry issues of what firms can and cannot do, will be canvassed with an emphasis on local government and business. Bloom your practice, take this webinar this Spring.
