Parenting arrangements can be one of the most challenging elements of a family file. The positional process of traditional litigation or negotiation may not be the best or most costeffective route for our clients when it comes to parenting issues. Referring our clients to an alternate resource to assist them in arriving at a Parenting Plan can be in the best interest of everyone involved on the file.

Our speakers will discuss how they can assist counsel and work directly with your client to achieve parenting agreements. Yuval will be speaking from the counsellor’s perspective about the process of co-parenting counselling. Jonathon will be speaking from the mediator’s perspective about mediating the unique issues around parenting matters.

Social will begin at 5:00pm, meeting to start at 5:30pm.
