Course Details: On June 1, 2013, the new BC Limitation Act comes into force, replacing the old 1975 statute. The new Limitation Act changes limitation periods and changes how claims are discovered. If you are a civil litigator, this is a must-do webinar. Learn from experienced civil litigators how the transition rule applies, how the Supreme Court Rules work with limitations, how other jurisdictions have dealt with similar provisions now in BC and how to prepare your practice and your clients.
