Course Details: On November 28, 2016, the new BC Societies Act repeals and replaces the Society Act. The new Societies Act is a modernized statute that will govern the more than 25,000 not-for-profit societies in BC. 

You are not a specialist in not-for-profit societies, but you have clients who have questions and need your guidance on the new Societies Act.
