Synopsis
Mr. Harris will provide practical advice and tips for young lawyers conducting their first trial and discuss common pitfalls when preparing for trial.

Mr. Harris was appointed Queen's Counsel on December 11, 2009 and is a litigator with the firm Harris & Brun Law Corporation. He is an experienced trial and appeal counsel who has prosecuted and defended all types of civil cases including jury and judge-alone with a focus on personal injury, insurance defence, insurance fraud, occupiers liability, and slip and fall. He is a prolific author, course contributor, and poet.
