COVID-19 and Cyber Risks: Addressing Coverage Concerns when Reopening (and Staying Open) (Recording)

Tuesday, February 16, 2021 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm ET

This interactive webinar will address liability and insurance concerns arising from COVID-19, and specifically how cyber risks have increased dramatically as a result of businesses and organizations being tasked with collecting sensitive personal information (and having no previous experience doing so). With panel members sharing medical, legal, forensic, and insurance expertise, the webinar aims to provide in-house, public, and private sector counsel with best practices on assessing COVID-19 cyber risks, drafting appropriate privacy and data collection policies (while meeting public health orders), and determining appropriate cyber insurance coverage (while considering applicable exclusions).

Presenters

Matt Saunders, Cox & Palmer
