A panel of women lawyers representing diversity in the profession will speak about their lived experiences of working in a predominantly white legal profession. These women will share their individual experiences, such as incidents of bias or discrimination, or other road blocks or challenges they faced in the practice of law and how they navigated through those incidents or challenges. The panel will also share strategies that lawyers can utilize to improve their experience and opportunities within the legal profession.
