This presentation will provide an overview of the Government of Saskatchewan’s experience with social impact bonds and lessons learned for moving forward.

Speaker

Winter Fedyk

Winter is the Executive Director of the Strategic Management Branch at the Ministry of Social Services in the Government of Saskatchewan. In this capacity, she is responsible for developing policy related to social finance for the Ministry, in collaboration with other human ministries and external stakeholders. Winter has held a number of positions both in the Government of Saskatchewan and the Government of Canada, working mostly as an advisor to Cabinet ministers in central agencies such as Finance/Treasury Board as well as the Privy Council Office/Executive Council.
