This is a joint program between the Mergers and Acquisitions Committee of the ABA Section of Antitrust Law and the Mergers Committee of the CBA Competition Law Section.

Please join us on April 23, 2019 at 12 pm – 1pm ET for an innovative joint program between the  Mergers and Acquisitions Committee of the ABA Section of Antitrust Law and the Mergers Committee of the CBA Competition Law Section, focused on approaches to assessing and managing antitrust/competition risk pre-merger, such as through pre-merger analyses and the use of joint defence and clean team agreements. Through the use of a fact pattern, leading antitrust/competition attorneys will discuss best practices from the early stages of a potential deal up to and including notification to the competition enforcers and transition planning matters, with a focus on cross-border transactions.  We hope you can join us.
