What’s New in Canadian Auto Insurance: Past and Present Experiences

What is the status of the law on automobile insurance in Canada? What are the current legislative regimes? What are the differences between the various jurisdictions? These are only a few of the questions that this webinar addresses looking through the lens of past and current experiences from Quebec and Ontario, and from current developments in British Columbia. In a comparative law exercise, the developments of regulations and the trends and recent decisions from the Courts stemming from automobile insurance related claims will provide practionners and interested members of the automobile insurance industry with a global overview of automobile insurance related issues in Canada.
