This webinar will consider the impacts of the climate change crisis from an intersectional and equity-oriented perspective. Topics to be explored include the disproportionate effects of climate change on marginalized communities; the current state of Canadian law on addressing climate change, including Indigenous legal orders and climate law; and practical tips and solutions for lawyers and their communities.
