Join us for a dialogue with representatives of the Foreign Investment Review and Economic Security Branch (FIRES) regarding the interpretation of Investment Canada Act information requirements for notifications. This session will offer CBA Members an opportunity to provide feedback on current interpretations, and to hear from FIRES on new questions the bar may be considering. CBA Members are encouraged to submit their questions and/or comments to the Chair or Vice-Chairs of the Competition Law Section’s Foreign Investment Review Committee in advance of the session.
