Market Studies — What Should the Bureau Learn from other Jurisdictions?

The Canadian Competition Bureau recently obtained formal powers to compel information and materials in the context of market studies, with the Bureau just completing its first such study that benefited from these powers. This program will solicit the experience and expertise of practitioners from Europe and North America with a view to providing advice on how the Bureau should be using its new market study powers.
