Advance Requests for MAiD – Where are we in Canada and what can we learn from Quebec?
This Webinar will provide an overview of the state of advance requests in Canada, including a review of Quebec’s Legislative Framework and Experience with Advance Requests, the End of Life Working Group’s resolution and proposal for advance requests, the difference between waiver of consent and an advance request and address how lawyers can counsel their clients on matters of advance requests.
It is hoped that the Webinar will be jointly sponsored by the CBA End of Life Working Group, as well as the CBA Health Law Section.
