Advance Requests for MAiD – Where are we in Canada and what can we learn from Quebec?
This Webinar will provide an overview of the state of advance requests in Canada, including a review of Quebec’s Legislative Framework and Experience with Advance Requests, the difference between waiver of consent and an advance request and address how lawyers can advise their clients when they wish to document an advance request in wills and powers of attorney.
