The Speakers will guide the participants through the Commission’s updated compliance process and provide information about the do’s and don’ts at all stages including: complaint form drafting; filing a time limit extension request; complaint notification and mediation; filing responses, including a TLE Response; investigation; appealing the Director’s decision to dismiss a complaint; and responding to a Case Analysis Report.
