In this session, panelists will explore the fundamentals of trauma-informed practice and how to apply this approach when working with victims of domestic / intimate partner violence. The session will focus on how lawyers can build better relationships with clients who have experienced D/IPV in criminal law, family law, and civil litigation settings. More specifically, panelists will discuss:

• Advocating for clients who have experienced
