This program will focus on franchise disclosure-related issues regularly faced by in-house lawyers. A panel of both in-house counsel and private practitioners will consider disclosure as it relates to practical challenges in leasing, disclosure in non-disclosure provinces, earnings projections, exemptions, economic modeling, and site-specific information. This program will be of interest not only to franchisor in-house counsel, but also to outside lawyers, both solicitors and litigators, who regularly practice franchise law.
