One of the most challenging aspects of practicing law is not the law itself but the actual effort in running a practice. This is especially true in areas of law where boutique firms are the norm. Not only is the lawyer responsible for their own caseload, they must also manage their practice. This includes the gamut, from handling trust funds to paying the bills and in some instances, assuming responsibility for employees. The dual roles of small business person and professional can be daunting. This program examines ways to make your life easier and your practice more efficient. Our presenters will canvass marketing, bookkeeping, organization techniques and financial planning. They will share insights and strategies on how to cope with the pressures you may face from dealing with these issues on an ongoing basis.
