OBA Women Lawyers Forum & YOung Lawyers Division PROGRAM | 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM
It has been 10 years since the Law Society of Ontario has published a report on Retention of Women in Private Practice, in response to the issue of a large number of women leaving private practice. Join our panel of highly successful female private practitioners in Ottawa, to discuss how they have thrived in private practice and to provide some candid insight into how they believe the profession has changed over the past decade. Our expert panelists will discuss how they have built their careers in their specific areas of practice, explain the struggles they have faced and the strides they have made, and talk about what organizations can do to help women succeed. This event is open to all.
