OBA Family Law / Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Law PROGRAM
12:30 PM to 1:30 PM
Individuals engaged in prostitution often face a certain stigma in a variety of contexts. While the number of resources for lawyers representing these individuals in areas of criminal, immigration, and employment law is growing, little attention has been given to legal issues faced by those involved in Family Law and Child Protection proceedings. Join our expert panel as they discuss some of the unique challenges that come with representing parents engaged in prostitution in Family Law and Child Protection custody and access disputes.
