OBA Insurance Law PROGRAM | 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM (ET)
The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a significant increase in legal disputes and proceedings in a variety of practice areas. Join us as we focus on past, current and anticipated litigation related to COVID-19 insurance claims. Our expert speakers will examine some of the key legal proceedings commenced this year, both domestically and internationally, as well as relevant decisions of the courts related to the various COVID-19 and similar pandemic legal disputes. Through the participation of plaintiff and defence counsel involved in some of the most notable COVID-19 related class actions, we will explore the perspectives of both sides of the legal battles involving insurance coverage and nursing home disputes. To round out the discussion, our panel will focus on what the future holds when it comes to COVID-19 litigation and upcoming trends.
