This practical session is designed to give you a quick midday break that will leave you feeling calm and grounded. Certified Mindset Coach and Lawyer, Elizabeth Mountford, will teach you about EFT (also known as tapping) and how to do it. You will be guided through the process and learn how to create your own EFT scripts so that you can let go of anxiety and worry whenever it arises in your life.
