Drawing on his unique insight as a respected Intercultural Education Specialist, Dr. Manocchi will present on the Intercultural Competency Advantage Program (ICAP). ICAP is a research-based curriculum that helps you explore and understand: (1) Essentials of Intercultural Competency, (2) Effective Intercultural Communication, and (3) Addressing Systemic Discrimination.
