AWARD RECIPIENT PROFESSOR JINYAN LI OSGOODE HALL LAW SCHOOL., YORK UNIVERSITY

The OBA's Tax Law Section is pleased to announce Professor Jinyan Li as the recipient of its 2021 OBA Award of Excellence in Tax Law.

Attendees will also hear from Sophie Chatel on how to reach a consensus for the taxation of the largest and most profitable multi national enterprises. Sophie is the Former OECD Head of the Tax Treaty Unit and she is incoming senior director in the international tax legislation section at the Department of Finance. Sophie will be speaking in her personal capacity and not as a representative of the OECD or the Department of Finance.

This event will conclude with the section's Annual Meeting.
