Join us for this first in a series of presentations related to Lawyer Wellness. The goal is to assist participants enhance their understanding of the personal and environmental factors that can have an impact on mental health, the common signs and symptoms of mental health troubles, and the most appropriate prevention and intervention strategies.

Alysia Davies is based in Toronto and practices counselling and therapy with individuals, families, and groups throughout Ontario. She is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW). In addition to her private practice, she provides mental health support to Homewood clients through the Employee and Family Assistance, Depression Care, and Trauma Care programs.
Alysia is also a member of the Ontario Bar, with 10 years of prior legal experience before she became a counsellor and therapist. She has presented extensively to audiences of legal professionals about mental health and wellness issues, as well as providing corporate workshops and mental health outreach to other audiences on these topics
