Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO) Town Hall

The 2023 CIPO virtual townhall will be hosted by the CBA and include CIPO’s CEO and representatives from CIPO’s Patent Branch, Trademark and Industrial Design Branch, Trademark Opposition Board, Patent Appeal Board and Corporate Strategies and Services Branch. The speakers will discuss the new 2023-2028 Business Strategy, ongoing initiatives in the different branches, and current services. 

Participants will have the opportunity to submit questions in advance and to the to the panel in the Q&A portion of the presentation.
