Tips for Effective Advocacy in Mediations

This webinar will provide lawyers with key advocacy skills for mediations and negotiations. You'll learn how to build your confidence, deal with challenging negotiations effectively, educate and persuade parties in mediations, and develop a problem-solving toolkit that can lead to resolutions consistent with your clients' goals and policies. You will also  understand how to avoid the typical pitfalls that are made in mediations, and how to choose and use your mediators and the process as a resource to move disputes forward efficiently.
