Our panel of experts will discuss the difficulties of accessing Transportation Safety Board (TSB) evidence and provide valuable guidance (from both the perspective of the Board and private practitioners) on how to successfully use that evidence in civil litigation.  Issues to be addressed include:

a) Cockpit voice recorders (equivalent to BDR Maritime)
b) Access to teardown
c) Witness statements
d) Access to draft report
e) Uneven application across Canada
