OBA Law Practice Management PROGRAM | 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM

Impeccable client service should be a key foundation of all law firms.  However, one of the most underrated aspects of building a sustainable law practice is the building and maintaining of personal  client relationships.  Join this session to discuss how to:

  • Effectively build and maintain client relationships
  • How do you set yourself apart from your competition
  • Be accessible and responsive
  • Keep your clients informed
  • Establish a connection by taking an interest in a client’s personal life
  • Listen not only to what is said but what is not said
  • Visit your clients, understand their business/life
  • Request feedback on how to improve your service
  • Select the RIGHT CLIENT – you have to be a good fit (ethically). So figure out who your ideal client is
  • Understand that an efficiently run firm will lead to quick and accurate response times and help to reduce costs to your client
