The Ontario Business Registry (OBR) was launched, while the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) (OBCA), the Corporations Information Act (CIA), and other statutes were amended. The Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (ONCA) also came into force. More changes are yet to come.
