Marijuana Use and the Workplace

The Canadian government’s intention to legalize marijuana for non-medical, recreational use means that labour and employment lawyers must understand the legal issues surrounding marijuana in the workplace.
 
In this webinar, our knowledgeable speakers will discuss the employer’s duty to accommodate in the context of marijuana use and dependency.
