Environmental Assessment: The Scope of Ministerial Decision-Making 

The case of Prophet River First Nation et al v. Minister of the Environment et al addressed the scope of ministerial decision-making in terms of the infringement of treaty rights and the determination of adequate consultation and accommodation in the environmental assessment context.
